T.J Martell Foundation
We’re excited to share the news that StarVista LIVE is now an official partner of the T.J. Martell Foundation. We’ll share the incredible story of the Foundation’s role in raising awareness and funds for life-saving cancer research with our cruise guests, donate cabins on cruises, work with artists to secure signed memorabilia for select silent auction events, volunteer for T.J. Martell Foundation events and host events and activities to raise additional funds. In fact, as one of our first efforts, we’ll be helping to organize activities for the T.J. Martell Foundation’s popular Best Cellars Dinner in Washington, DC on November 2, 2018. Mike Jason, Senior Vice President/Executive Producer is spearheading as a co-chair of the Washington DC's Best Cellars Dinner which salutes Washington DC’s top wine collectors who come together to share wine from their cellars.
The T.J. Martell Foundation is the music industry’s leading foundation that funds innovative medical research focused on finding treatments and cures for cancer. The Foundation was founded in 1975 by music industry executive Tony Martell and his colleagues in loving memory of his son T.J., who died of leukemia. The Foundation has provided more than $280 million for research at eight flagship hospitals in the United States. For more information on the T.J. Martell Foundation visit www.tjmartell.org.
