Guests on our 2027 sailing with any mobility needs, severe allergies, respiratory needs, and other accessibility requirements must enroll in our SAFE (Special Assistance Form for Entry) program by filling out the form below before December 1st, 2026.  

Due to our assigned seating program, guests who require special seating in the main theater must complete the SAFE Form within two weeks of booking to ensure seats are assigned with guest’s accessibility in mind. All guests will select their own seats at time of booking, so if you have questions about the accessibility of your seats, please contact the office. Guests participating in the SAFE program will be seated in the main theater in a designated ADA section along with a traveling companion. This area will be available for the entire cruise.

Please note: Our SVL Special Assistance Form is for internal use only, primarily to help us coordinate seating in the Main Theater and to share as a courtesy with the cruise line. Guests are still required to complete the official Celebrity Cruises Accessibility Form once you receive your booking number, about 2 months prior to sailing. This applies to both medical and dietary requests.
