What to Know Before You Go
Thank you for booking the 2025 Ultimate Disco Cruise and Beyond, we look forward to seeing you onboard! Below are important details and dates to keep in mind as you plan your upcoming vacation.
As a charter cruise guest, you have two important numbers tied to your sailing:
- A Reservation Number from StarVista LIVE (SVL) is assigned once your booking was confirmed either via phone or online. Access your SVL account any time by clicking here to manage your guest information, payments, insurance and SVL add-ons for this and future cruises.
- A Reservation Number from Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL). Ultimate Disco Cruise and Beyond will email your NCL Reservation Number approximately 21-45 days prior to sailing and it will be posted in your StarVista Live account for your convenience. With your NCL booking number, go www.ncl.com to complete the check-in online process beginning January 29th and no later than 72 hours prior to the cruise. Download the NCL app on your phone or tablet.

IMPORTANT DATES, LOCATIONS, AND TIMES
Departure Date: Wednesday, February 19, 2025
Departure City: Miami, FL
Embarkation/TERMINAL: Terminal B, Port of Miami, (double check pier signs for Norwegian Pearl Terminal)
Ship: Norwegian Pearl
SHIP DEPARTURE TIME: 4:00 pm. The terminal closes at 3:00 pm so we strongly recommend you plan to arrive no later than 2:00pm in case of traffic.
RETURN DATE: Monday, February 24, 2025
RETURN TIME: 7:00 a.m. (all times are EST)
ONLINE CHECK-IN AND PRE-CRUISE REQUIREMENTS
- Complete Online Check in:As stated above, your NCL Reservation number will be emailed to you and available in your StarVista LIVE account approximately 21-45 days prior to sailing. If you are new to online check-in, click here to register for an account with Norwegian Cruise Line. (Sign in if you have an existing login)
- Enter your Norwegian Cruise Line Reservation Number which was emailed to you from the Ultimate Disco Cruise. This code can also be found once you’re logged in to your StarVista LIVE account.
- Follow the instructions (please have your passport handy to complete this process). It will take about 10-15 minutes to fully complete your online check-in.
- Please remember to print the Norwegian Cruise Line luggage tags found in your NCL e-docs. Please do NOT apply to your luggage before your flight in case they rip or tear off your luggage enroute.
- Deadline to check-in online is close of business (EST) February 16, 2025.
- Download the Norwegian Cruise Line app: This is your essential tool for pre-cruise information, boarding passes, embarkation updates and more. Learn more here.
- Download the SVL Schedule App: This is your essential tool for the Ultimate Disco Cruise and Beyond performance schedule. You can view updates in real time and receive push notifications should there be any changes. Please note in order to create a personalized schedule within the app, you need to create an account through Sched. This is a DIFFERENT account than your SVL and NCL accounts. Learn more here.
What time can I arrive at the terminal?
Guests can select their arrival time during online check-in. For guests who have not completed online check-in, we recommend arriving to the cruise terminal after 12:00pm, and at least two hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
IMPORTANT ITEMS THAT NEED TO BE PRESENTED AT TERMINAL
- Boarding Pass: on your Norwegian Cruise Line mobile app or printed form
- Passport, Identification & Visa documents: Norwegian Cruise Lines requires ALL guests to PRESENT A VALID PASSPORT BOOK from their country of origin at check-in. There are no substitutes for this requirement. A valid passport is one that expires more than 6 months after the cruise disembarkation date. Since the date of disembarkation is February 24, 2025, all passports must be valid through August 24, 2025. Guests with non-US passports are responsible for obtaining whatever required visas necessary to disembark at any and all of the ports of call. Visit state.gov for identification, visa, and vaccination requirements.
TRANSPORTATION
FROM AIRPORT TO THE TERMINAL
Suggested ground transportation options to get you to/from the Port of Miami terminal:
- Norwegian Cruise Lines offers arrival shuttle service and departure shuttle service. Log in to your NCL account or call Norwegian Cruise Lines at 800-327-7030 to book transfers prior to the cruise and mention you are sailing with the Ultimate Disco Cruise and Beyond, then provide your NCL Booking Number. Purchases must be arranged 4 days prior to sailing.
- Norwegian Cruise Lines transfer from Miami Airport. $25 per person for one-way, $50 per person round trip
- Norwegian Cruise Lines transfer from Ft. Lauderdale airport. $25 per person for one-way, $50 per person round trip
- Taxi from airports.
- Rideshares like Uber and Lyft are also available (check your apps for details)
- StarVista LIVE does not offer a shuttle from the airport to any hotel prior to our cruise departure. We suggest taking a taxi, rideshare like Uber or Lyft or booking travel through your airline and/or hotel.
NOTE: It is your responsibility to arrive at the ship in time for the departure and to secure your transportation at the end of our cruise.
FROM THE HILTON MIAMI AIRPORT BLUE LAGOON HOTEL TO THE TERMINAL for guests that are booked at this hotel
For just $35 per person, we have private motor coach transportation available. You will need to bring your luggage down to the lobby and transportation helpers will assist you loading your luggage into box trucks at the hotel and delivered to the terminal. Please make sure your bags are properly tagged with Norwegian Cruise Lines luggage tags and loaded onto the box truck before you board the motor coach.
To purchase this service in advance simply log in to your StarVista LIVE account and add “Hotel Transfer to Cruise Pier” to your reservation, or book on-site at the hotel from the transportation company (Elect Travel).
The $35 fee per person includes:
- One-way direct transfer from hotel pick up location to cruise terminal.
- Luggage service* and associated gratuities from hotel curbside direct to your cabin.
*StarVista LIVE and associated vendors are not responsible for any cost or damaged luggage.
Please also note this service is only available to anyone sailing on this cruise. You do not need to be a hotel guest to purchase the service.
PARKING
Long Term Parking at the Pier
Parking is conveniently available at all cruise terminals. Designated disabled permit parking spaces are available in each garage. Spaces are also available for oversized vehicles (oversized vans, recreational vehicles, and vehicles with trailers) at special rates. All facilities are patrolled by security. Oversized vehicles may only park in Surface Lot E.

Payment:

ULTIMATE DISCO CRUISE ATTIRE
When it comes to what to wear, you can go resort casual or get decked-out and look your best - it's your call.
Swimwear is acceptable at the buffet and outdoor restaurant, but a shirt or a cover-up and footwear are required in all dining venues.
Be sure to pack a sweater - the air conditioning on the ship can be chilly.
PARTIES AND NIGHTLY THEMES
What are some of the parties and the theme nights?
While it is not mandatory to dress in the theme, we encourage you to have some fun and plan some outfits.
Wednesday: Hometown Proud: Whether it’s your home team or your state, don a shirt or hat to show us how proud you are of your roots!
Thursday: Black & White Night: Show off your black and white while you dance all night!
Friday: Mardi Gras Party: Let the good times roll! Throw on your feathers, sequins, and masks because it's time to unleash your inner party animal!
Saturday: Saturday Night Fever: Show off those disco moves with Bee Gees Gold at the pool!
Sunday: Farewell Night: Wear what’s still clean!
ULTIMATE DISCO CRUISE PROGRAMMING
Our onboard show and events schedule is now available on the SVL Schedule app and on our website . Check back regularly for any updates as we fine-tune our time onboard.
During the course of the cruise, we will continue to have special events.
- 2025 Ultimate Disco Cruise and Beyond T-Shirt Party: Join Boogie Wonder Band for a disco-strutting pool party at sea. Wear your official 2025 Ultimate Disco Cruise and Beyond T-Shirt to enjoy select complimentary soda, punch, beer and wine during the show.
- Dance Parties: If you want to fine tune those moves, or learn some new ones, our Dance Instructor Mary Ann Rosa will be there to help! In addition to teaching two hustle classes, you will find her nightly in both Studio 55 and Bliss, alongside everyone’s favorite disco dancer, Deney Terrio. Be sure to brush off those dancing shoes and hit the floor because they will also be watching the crowd to pick a handful of guests to participate in our cruise finale Dance Competition!
- Music Trivia and Gameshows: Exciting gameshows are being prepared so brush up on your knowledge of lyrics and song titles!
- Bingo featuring The Disco Divas: BINGO will never be the same after our Disco Divas call out your balls.
- Karaoke: We bet most of you have sung I Will Survive and Get Down Tonight in the shower BUT will you step up to a mic in front of a live audience?
- Turn Back Time Drag Brunch featuring The Disco Divas: They will be serving sizzling hot glamour and giggles while performing your favorite hits! Capacity for this event is limited, so be sure to sign up now through your StarVista LIVE account by selecting the brunch in the Add-Ons section.
STARDUST THEATER PERFORMANCES
Every guest will have the opportunity to see a nightly main theater show based upon your designated ID card color (gold for early show and silver for late show).
To ensure that the entry and seating procedure is both fair and easy, we have adopted the following policies and procedures:
- You must present your ID card to the ushers at the entrance in order to enter the theater for the appropriate show time.
- There are four entrances to the Stardust Theater, two on Deck 6 and two on Deck 7. No other entrance is available for guests.
- Doors will open for each show approximately 30 minutes before scheduled show time. Seats are not assigned and can be selected on a first-come first-served basis.
- Guests are advised to come to the theater with their entire party as we don’t allow the saving of seats.
- Guests who interfere with the fair and safe entry into the theater may risk forfeiting their rights to attend that show or other shows. Our goal is to provide the best entertainment experience for all our guests, and we request that you treat all guests and staff with respect. Any behavior that disrupts the enjoyment of other guests will result in removal from the show by security staff.
- The taking of flash photos and recording of the shows violates our contracts with the performers. Since it is impossible to easily discern what type of equipment can record, no electronic equipment of any kind will be allowed in the theater during shows.
DINING OPTIONS
MAIN DINING ROOM INCLUDED IN CRUISE FARE
- Guests will enter the Summer Palace Dining Room on Deck 7 aft.
- If your travel party would like to dine together every night, please call our office to request a table assignment and dining time. The letter with your assigned table number will be delivered to your stateroom onboard.
- Guests that do not want a table assignment should gather their entire dining party before they enter the dining room to be seated.
- If you have special dietary restrictions, please call the StarVista LIVE reservation office at 844-296-3472 so we can inform the ship and accommodate those requests.

ONBOARD PACKAGES & GIFTS
Once you receive your NCL reservation number, you will be able to make purchases in your NCL account including WiFi packages, shore excursions, spa appointments, dining reservations and more! All questions related to onboard purchases and pricing must be directed to NCL.
Beverage packages are currently unavailable to purchase online. Beverage Packages can be purchased over the phone at 1-866-625-1167 or 305-436-4000 ext 11140. All pricing for the Beverage Packages will remain the same when it is sold onboard so if you prefer to wait you can. Packages can be purchased on ship for the first two days of the cruise.
Specialty dining reservations are available to book online, however the cover charges will be collected onboard. Dining reservations can be made onboard as well.
Shore excursions and select spa appointments can be made online.
If you speak to an NCL rep, please make sure you let them know this is a charter sailing. They can assist you with your booking. SVL doesn’t have the capability to see your NCL account or assist you with these NCL packages. If NCL refers you back to SVL, please note with whom you spoke, the number called and the time.

NCL APP
Take full advantage of the wide variety of dining, entertainment, excursions and more with simple bookings on the NCL app. View your reservations, purchase history and more. And the app is totally free — you don't have to use any of your Wi-Fi minutes on board! With Wi-Fi signal throughout the ship, you can enjoy Internet access with your choice of value Internet Packages. Check out the different NCL internet packages here.
SVL SCHEDULE APP
The SVL Schedule mobile app is your essential tool for the Ultimate Disco Cruise and Beyond performance schedule. You do not need to purchase an internet package in order to view the schedule or create your own schedule during the cruise, as long as you already have the app downloaded onto your mobile device or tablet.
The SVL Schedule app is complimentary to download and use and is available in both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. It is best to download this app to your mobile device or tablet at home.
How to Use the App:
- Download the SVL Schedule app to your mobile device or tablet by searching “SVL Schedule” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or follow the links provided above.
- Once you open the app, choose the event you’d like to view the schedule for, in this case, the 2025 Ultimate Disco Cruise and Beyond. You will see four tabs along the bottom of the app:
- Schedule: This is where you will find the schedule of events for our cruise. You will be able to view the event session start time and location, as well as artists included in each event session. You can either view the schedule of events in its entirety or view by day. You have the ability to add each event session to your personal schedule when you create or log in to your Sched account. All event sessions added to your personal schedule can be found under “My Sched”, in the Schedule tab. Once the event session has ended, and if you have added it to “My Sched,” you can rate the corresponding session.
- Directory: This is where all of the artists and hosts featured on the cruise are listed. You will have the ability to choose each specific artist/host to see where and when they are performing around the ship throughout the week.
- Info: This is where all notifications and announced schedule updates will be posted.
- My Account: This is where you can create an account, if you do not have one already, or sign into an existing Sched account. Once you have signed in, you can toggle between event schedules, if applicable, edit your profile, turn event email reminders and announcements on or off, or get app support.

TIPPING
Other than drink and Spa service charges, all tips for servers, stateroom stewards, etc., have been pre-paid. However, please feel free to reward exemplary service with the internationally recognized sign of gratitude: “tipping.”
HOSPITALITY DESK & SALES AREAS
The Ultimate Disco Cruise and Beyond Hospitality Desk is located on Deck 7, midship, at the NCL Future Cruise Desk.
Our Sales Office is located on Deck 12 in the Card Room near the Mandarin Spa.
Hours will be listed in the daily programs delivered to your stateroom.
T-SHIRT EXCHANGES
Our Hospitality Desk on Deck 7 midship will be open for exchanges on Wednesday until 5pm and Thursday until 4pm before the t-shirt party at the pool. Hours of operation will be posted on board. Please bring your T-shirt with you and we will happily exchange it, pending availability. T-Shirts orders are based on the size you requested at the time of booking.
