The award winning full length feature documentary, “Gloria Gaynor: I Will Survive,” is now available on major streaming platforms.  Filmmaker Betsy Schechter captured Gloria during her time in Nashville, Tennessee pursuing her dream of writing and recording a full length album of gospel songs entitled, “TESTIMONY.”  The film highlights Gloria’s struggles alongside her team to get the self funded album signed to a record label so that she could share these new songs with the world.  The documentary also shows Gloria realizing a dream as she wins the GRAMMY Award for Best Roots Gospel Album at the 2020 GRAMMY Awards in Los Angeles, California.

In September of 2024, Gloria performed a concert in front of her largest audience to date at Brazil’s world famous ROCK IN RIO Festival for over 150,000 people from around the world. This massive concert follows a 2024 that was packed with stellar performances for Princess Caroline of Monaco and famous designer Christian Louboutin, in Monte Carlo, Monaco as well as Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with legendary leading men, Kevin Costner and Anthony Hopkins and other global celebrities.  Gloria was also part of the 2024 Cannes Film Festival Celebration in the South of France hosted by luxury jewelry company Chopard along with actress Demi Moore, model Bella Hadid, actress Diane Kruger, and filmmaker Greta Gerwig.

Deeply committed to helping others who are facing challenges, Gloria supports several charities such as the Breast Cancer Research Fund, Danny & Ron’s Animal Rescue, ChildFund International, the anti human trafficking charity Hope for Justice, A Father’s Place, the Miami Children’s Hospital and more.  In order to be better equipped to work with organizations that support survivors of all kinds, Gloria went back to school and earned a Bachelor's degree in psychology at the age of 71.  She maintained her full touring schedule, performing concerts around the globe while taking courses remotely and working on assignments and term papers in more time zones than you can imagine.
